Pregnancy Pilates
is a nurturing, calming mat class to move your body, ease discomfort and meet other mummas-to-be.

With a blend of self-massage, hypnobirthing techniques, stretching and strengthening Pregnancy Pilates will quickly become your favourite time of the week.

You are invited to stay to share a pot of tea at the end of class, because preparing your body for labour is great, but finding a mum friend to message during the night feeds is priceless.

Postnatal Reformer
uses all the Pilates principles to create a mindful, balanced workout designed to safely build your strength after having a baby.
Pre-crawling babies are welcome to watch from wherever they are most relaxed - car seat, bouncer or playmat.

Suitable from when you have medical clearance to exercise: Usually 6 weeks postpartum (vaginal birth) or 10 weeks postpartum (caesarean birth)

Book ahead to avoid disappointment.
